In 1986, PT Astrido Jaya Mobilindo estabilished a credit division with the support of Bank OEB. In the development of the credit division, from 1987 to 1989, we made agreements with several Banks such as Bank Niaga, Bank Duta, Bank Pacific, Bank BumiPutera, Bank Perkembangan Asia, and Citybank.

In the agreements with foreign Bank and national private banks, credit division of Astrido Jaya Mobilindo expanded.

Since Credit Division of PT Astrido Jaya Mobilindo kept expanding, PT Astrido Pacific Finance was established on May 2 1990 based on the Notaries Deed No. 14 of Sutjipto SH, with approval of Minister of Justice No. C2-3084 Ht 01.01 Th. 1990, on May 29, 1990, BNRI No. 4809 and No.95 on November 27, 1990, We gained out Multi Finance business permit.

With the support of Astrido Group as an Authorized Dealer of Toyota, Daihatsu, and Isuzu, and also the support from other dealers, PT Astrido Pacific Finance are able to compete in the demanding market and survived through the 1997-1999 economic crisis.

Along with the development of Astrido, then since 2006, ORIX Indonesia has joined the Astrido Finance as shareholder.
